CDS6240/50/66 B/C SERIES UNIVERSAL LATHE MACHINES
1. FEATURES
Lathe bed adopts the integral casting and lathe bed guiderail adopts mountain shape and plane guiderail layout, which has larger bearing section, therefore, the machine has good rigidity and shock absorption, which can guarantee the high precision machining.
Machine adopts mechanical friction piece clutch, which can realize the spindle speed changing, stop, and reversing, but it doesn’t need to change the speed of the motor and stop the main motor. The machine can turn cylindrical parts, inner hole, end face, drilling, reaming, and oil groove. No need to replace change gear and it can process metric, inch, module, and thread diametric pitch.
On this machine, the processed parts accuracy can achieve IT7 level; the surface roughness can be Ra1.6. The gears used on the machine can be 7 levels.
